Our History

Erapo Designs Ltd. is an engineering firm incorporated under the Ghana Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179). It was established in the year 2009 as a syndicate of engineering experts with rich and wide-ranging experience in the design, construction supervision and management of construction projects.

In accordance with the Engineering Council Act, 2011 (Act 819), Erapo is duly registered with the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) as a Consulting Engineering firm.

We are also registered with Ghana Consulting Engineers Association (GCEA)

Ing. Edwin Kofi Opare
MD / SNR. Structural Engineer

Edwin Kofi Opare is a Civil Engineer with specialisation in Structural Engineering and a corporate member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE).

He has had a very challenging experience in the structural design and construction supervision of residential houses, apartments, hotels and warehouses here in Ghana and in the UK. He has also carried out extensive work on structural investigations into the causes of structural defects in buildings and the restoration of dilapidated buildings. Other projects worked on are the design and construction supervision of domestic, industrial, educational, hospital and commercial structures.

He has worked in the capacity as team leader/Civil Engineer in a number of projects involving building and bridge works. Prominent among which are apartment blocks, school buildings and commercial buildings. Below is a list of some projects executed in the past to demonstrate my capabilities.
